Registration collected on Systeme.io is used solely for attendance coordination and communication.

The Trainer does not collect payments, issue invoices, or manage financial disputes.

Prices shown on the Trainer’s Systeme.io page are for information only; the confirmed charge is the one processed by Al-Mangroves.

During registration, you may be asked to provide:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Optional additional information

No credit card or payment information is collected on this Site.

All financial data is processed solely by Al-Mangroves.
You represent that all information provided by you is true and complete.

Any registration not meeting these criteria may be cancelled at Al-Mangroves’ discretion.

Payments are due immediately upon booking and are processed exclusively by Al-Mangroves (Qatar) using their approved payment methods.

Your payment card issuer is responsible for authorizing the transaction.
Neither the Trainer nor Systeme.io is responsible for failed transactions or delays.

The Trainer never sees, stores, or processes payment information.

Delivery of the Workshop (including venue address, schedule, or access instructions) will be sent to the contact information provided during registration.

You are responsible for ensuring your email and phone number are correct.

The Trainer is not responsible for undelivered messages due to incorrect information or user-side technical issues.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will include reasonable notice (minimum 30 days) where possible.

Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Workshop constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8.1 Organizer (Al-Mangroves)

Al-Mangroves is the official legal Organizer and is responsible for:

• Holding the required Qatari training license

• Regulatory and legal compliance

• Payment handling and gateway operation

• Refund processing

• Financial governance

• Compliance-related operational oversight

Al-Mangroves is not responsible for:

• Venue rental or venue conditions

• Technical issues caused by the venue

• The Trainer’s independent work

8.2 Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh)

The Trainer is:

• An independent Coach / Trainer engaged to deliver the educational content

• Not an event organizer

• Not a commercial operator in Qatar

• Not liable for payment processing or refunds

• Only responsible for the content delivery and educational experience

Mentions of “Minds Rewired” refer solely to the Trainer’s professional identity, not a commercial presence in Qatar.

8.3 Venue Responsibility

The Workshop venue is:

• Rented independently by the Trainer

• An external third-party facility

• Not owned or operated by either the Organizer or the Trainer

Therefore, the venue is responsible for:

• Physical environment and conditions

• Safety measures

• Equipment, audio/visual systems, and seating

• Accessibility and building compliance

Neither the Organizer nor the Trainer is liable for venue-related issues including:

• equipment malfunction

• environmental discomfort

• parking

• access issues

• safety problems originating from the venue

• power outages or facility disruptions

8.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Handled by Al-Mangroves)

Refunds are determined and processed exclusively by Al-Mangroves:

• 100% refund when cancelled ≥96 hours (4 days) before the workshop

• 50% refund when cancelled 72 hours

• No refund when cancelled within 48 hours

Seat transfers to another person are allowed up to 48 hours before the event by emailing the Trainer.

8.5 Event Adjustments

The Organizer may modify:

• date

• time

• venue

• format (online/in-person)

• speakers

Participants will be notified as early as possible.

8.6 Participant Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward:

• the Trainer

• the Organizer

• other participants

• venue personnel

The Organizer may remove any participant for disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

8.7 Intellectual Property

All materials, slides, frameworks, teachings, and exercises presented during the Workshop are the copyrighted intellectual property of:

Dr. Aisha Alsheikh (Minds Rewired LTD)

Participants may not:

• record the workshop

• share materials

• distribute content

• reproduce any part of the experience

without written permission.

8.8 Disclaimer

The Workshop is strictly educational and developmental.
It is not medical advice, psychological therapy, financial guidance, or legal consultation.

Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The venue is fully responsible for:

• equipment functionality

• compliance with building standards

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law, such as liability for personal injury caused by proven negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, as the workshop is operated under a Qatari entity.
