1. Financial Responsibility

All payments, payment processing, invoicing, refunds, and financial decisions related to this workshop are exclusively managed by:

Al-Mangroves (Qatar)

The licensed Qatari entity operating the workshop.

The Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh) does not handle any payments, financial records, or refund decisions and cannot process financial requests under any circumstances.

2. Refund Schedule

Refunds are issued only by Al-Mangroves and follow the schedule below:

✔ Full Refund — 100%

If cancellation occurs 4 days (96+ hours) before the workshop start time.

✔ Partial Refund — 50%

If cancellation occurs between 72 and 96 hours before the workshop start time.

✔ No Refund — 0%

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the workshop start time.

Important:
Refunds apply only to cancellations made by participants according to the timelines above.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted directly to:

Requests sent to the Trainer or through Systeme.io will not be processed.

4. Seat Transfers (Name Change)

Participants may transfer their seat to another person free of charge up to:

✔ 48 hours before the workshop

Seat transfers after the 48-hour window may not be accepted due to venue policies.

5. Workshop Cancellation by the Organizer

If Al-Mangroves cancels the workshop for any reason, the following applies:

✔ A full refund (100%) will be issued to all registered participants.

Al-Mangroves will communicate cancellation details and refund timelines directly.

The Trainer is not responsible for event financial settlements.

6. Non-Refundable Expenses

Al-Mangroves is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, childcare, transportation, or personal expenses incurred by participants.

Only the workshop fee itself is subject to the refund terms described above.

7. Agreement

By completing your registration and/or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The refund schedule

• Al-Mangroves’ exclusive authority over refunds

• The Trainer’s non-financial role

• The cancellation procedures listed above
